Journalism can be a powerful catalyst for social change, and just as our journalistic forefathers, “The Committees of Correspondence”; Christian NewsMagazine is committed to produce relevant and timely articles that will: strengthen family values, report the efforts of local Christian groups and organizations, and report the stories that are ignored by the secular media because of philosophical differences. We are committed to lifting the journalistic standards of excellence in news gathering.
- THE FAMILY: Our focus is on the everyday life experience we all go through in our homes, the workplace, at school and just hanging out. We like to think we have something of interest for everyone, especially the hard working mom and dad trying to raise a family in today’s culture.
- THE CHURCH: We report news, stories and articles that let people know what is going in churches, organizations and groups who currently do not have a voice in the community. We believe that Jesus Christ is reverent in all aspects of life: personal, family, social and business. We embrace all Christians to the widest extent possible without compromise. Our editorial policy is based on speaking the truth in love as given to us in the Word of God, upholding the Constitution of the United States and its VALUES. Our editorial board reviews and approves all content for the print and online editions, and their decision is final.
- Christian NewsMagazine is not the message, but only the messenger, and with that in mind we are looking for people that God has equipped to write articles, columns, and report the news so the Body of Christ can be well informed. We are looking for articles at 450-500 words, feature articles 1000 word range for print, and longer for the online edition.
